? Position Summary:
- Sells and positively promotes MetLife Auto & Home insurance products to potential customers within an inbound call center environment.? No cold calling required.
- Base salary plus monthly incentive opportunities
?Functional Responsibilities:
- Build relationships across business functions to help enhance customer centric process
- Manage Multiple computer systems while interacting with customers
- Ability to follow mandatory quality/compliance guidelines for the protection of our business and customers
