Windows smashed at Toni Harp's mayoral campaign headquarters

NEW?HAVEN >> Vandals broke at least two windows Saturday at city mayoral candidate Toni Harp's campaign headquarters at 560 Whalley Ave.

The New Haven Police Department is investigating. The perpetrators are unknown.

Meanwhile, a source close to Harp's campaign says, "We will not be intimidated."
